Very Spanish countryside, but more hills than expected
We very much enjoyed the 6 day Castille bike tour. The bikes, route, hotels and breakfasts were great. Loved Segovia, Pedraza and Sepulveda and the gorge ride, monastery and vultures on the last day.
There were more hills than expected and it was quite a tough ride. A very good level of fitness and ability on hills is required and this is not listed in the details of the ride. We also had a heat wave so avoid possible hot months.
