The amenity value of biking along the Danube did not live up to last yest trip along Moldau and Elbe.
A bit disappointed??
Maybe out expectations was coloured by the fact that we were able to see the rivers when we last year were biking along Moldau and Elbe. I think we last year could see the rivers 75 % of the trip, whereas this year it was closer to 25%. That was a disappointment.
Even so, we had a good and very warm trip (35 degrees the last days).
Especially we enjoyed Budapest, and in particular the ferry ride to get there.
