October cycle tour on the South Alsace Route
We found everything about the trip, booking, organization and support to our liking with one exception. For our accommodation in Mulhouse we were booked at the Hotel au Cheval Blanc. While the hotel and service was quite good we were not pleased to be situated 8 kilometers from the center of Mulhouse well away from the metro area, museums, art and cultural center we wished to explore. We felt like we wasted two half days, one on our arrival and one the next day just getting back and forth to the hotel. Also, it limited our dining choice options each evening. Mulhouse was the listed itinerary site. If you wished to utilize this hotel for the booking you should have at least pointed out its remove from the center of the city and given us the option to have been accommodated closer in. Otherwise, as in previous trips we were very pleased with the arrangements, R&R’s service and our choice of area to explore. Thanks again for your assistance.
