3 Capitals and a muddy field.
The route was very good (apart from a 3km section after Gyor, which was through a field on a tractor track), and the book was useful, but unfortunately the translation from German to English looked like it had been put through Google translate rather than being looked at by a fluent English speaker, making it almost impossible to understand in several places. Give me a reduction off another R+R holiday and I’ll check it for you! There has been a lot of road-building in Hungary in particular, so route descriptions were not always accurate any more, particularly coming out of Gyor. These are minor quibbles though, and overall it was a fantastic holiday.
