Tour Guides & Hotel Staff
Our TWO tour guides from SE Tours were POOR which was the ONLY reason for my low score on OVERALL satisfaction. Very poor presentations, virtually no interaction with the cyclists,scanty or no information at times. The maps supplied were good BUT a copy was not put on the screen for us to follow at the briefings which lead to a lot of going astray by many of the cyclists whilst cyclingHotel Staff and crewAll of these were good, very helpful, friendly, efficient and hard working and cannot fault them at all.Hotel manager Jan was great which helped to make up for the poor tour guides.
