Beautiful
Everything was well organized and very satisfying except one thing:
I reserved a double room with separate beds.At the hotel (Konstanz apartment hotel) we got a very small room (actually quite depressing) and the beds were not separated. we upgraded the room to a much bigger room and the hotel charged 40 euro per night for the upgrading.I thought it was too expensive.I asked them to talk to you about the upgrading price but they just announced you that we want to talk to you. Generally the reception people were vey friendly but not always professional.
It is my third tour with rad- reisen and I intend to continue to travel with you.
