Additional Feedback
Overall tour was very good, but we did have a couple of significant issues:
1) Our bags arrived very late in Padova which nearly caused us a huge problem. We had booked a special tour at 5pm and very nearly had to miss it.
2) The hotel in Vicenza was excellent, one of the best. But, the restaurant (Ai Setti Santi) was a problem. Our first night there was fine, but the second visit was terrible - wrong main meals arrived, wrong desserts arrived, waitress was rude, and restaurant tried to charge us almost 60 Euros for the whole meal!
3) We did not get our tour briefing until gone 9:30am and it wasn’t particularly helpful. The briefing should have included an actual sample or picture of the yellow arrows to follow and an indication that sometimes the written directions were different than the arrows.
4) The hotel/ restaurant in Chioggia (Hotel Airone) was not great.
