Passau to Vienna with six sixty + women !!!!!!
We had a wonderful time and found all of our accommodation terrific. Transfer of luggage was seamless. We thoroughly enjoyed our trip.Some suggestions:
- the travel book, (giving details of the trail each day) does not fit the plastic cover of the little bag . It was a fight to get it in and get it out. ! !!
- Instructions to the hotel in Linz were incorrect. The turn at the swimming pool was a right hand turn not a left hand.
- instructions to the hotel in Vienna could have been clearer.
- Following the north bank instructions from Grein to Martbach, the book said the cycle route was not safe yet continued to give instructions to travel along it. We asked the advice of the hotel owner who directed us to the south bank. I think that should be clearly indicated.
- the signs for the cycle route were very clear all along except on the last one/two km as we cycled into Vienna. perhaps you could encourage the Vienna tourist board to look at the signage along this section . In particular it was very unclear where the route to go up onto the Reichsbrucke bridge.
