Augsburg-Venice
Katharina was excellent as was all the staff at Rad & Reisen and Inn Tour. We were disappointed that no one showed up the first day at 9:00-9:30 to answer any of our questions as had been indicated would happen when we arrived at the hotel in Augsburg. If you are wanting to market this tour for people from North America, please have someone who can transcribe the written instructions grammatically correct into English so there is no misinterpretation of words and it would be easier for English only clients. More indication of how many kilometres you would ride from one point to the next point would have been helpful. Similar to what we had on the Venice to Porec trip.
