Bicycle ride with kids Passau to vienna
The hotel and breakfast were good except:
Linz hotel no air-conditioning . Couldn’t sleep because lack of air. old hotel not very nice
Grein hotel the breakfast was not good
Pochlarn the hotel was old room shower was awful . (Jonny’s burger restaurant nearby was amazing)
For what we paid we would expect more attention from RAD to the choice of hotels and rooms given.
The bicycles were generally good although sometimes there are loud clicks from the pedal axis on all green bikes. The click occurs on left leg down swing. We had to stop by a repair shop to fix one of the persistent clicks.
We could have used some more information about places to visit with the kids. We used Google maps to find the routes. I suggest you annotate a Google map with flags pointing at the interesting sites and data.
Overall we are happy with the trip and will recommend it to friends
