I think instead of just ranking the holiday in terms of 1to 5 the profiles for the expected rides shod be provided to help with choosing an appropriate tour. It was great that we had a guide who could loan out his e bike as required because some of the hills were pretty challenging especially due to my having a cold. Overall though it was a great group of people and theguides and crew were excellent.
One other suggestion to make it easier if there is a schedule issue the contact info for the company shpuld be included in the email if it is required we should not have to search through so many docs to find it.
