Equipment deficiencies
In your information it was stated that there would be a water bottle holder, map holder, bike computer. None of these were on the bikes. While the bikes were new and nice, it was disappointing to not have these things on our ride. Water is important while cycling, the book would have been much more useful with a trip computer to know the distances, and on our last Rad Reisen trip we were supplied with handlebar bags to hold the book. We would have brought these if we had known they were not supplied.
We liked the routes, as they took us off the main roads, to interesting places that we enjoyed seeing. However, sometimes the directions were confusing, and we got lost many times.
