Plus and minus
Minus: Our bicycles were not ready at our hotel in Passau when we arrived.. We had to pick them up and return them ourselves in the end of stay. We got no repair kit with the bicycles , no pump etc. We got no bag to put maps into in the front. We did not have any vouchers for small ferries across Donau as we got last time we were cycling alog Donau.One ferry wich were supposed to take us across and along to next village were were not operating.The maps and route information which were sent to us only by email were not accurate because some tracks along Donau were not suitable for bicycle riding, only for hiking and we just had to take the same track back even though we were supposed to ride an other track back. We got these informationabout the tracks from local people of the area who saw us passing.The descriptions of the routes were as a whole very brief and unaccurate. We are used to much better service, maps and information supplied on our first hotel arrival both by Rad und Reisen and other travel agents in our preveous trips.I think you can do much better.Plus: The bicycles were very good and the weather fantastic. The hotel IBB was ok and the breakfast was exellent .
