Cycling Bavaria
The tour was excellent. The places we cycling through and the places we stayed were very interesting. We particularly enjoyed the route to Isarursprung. All our hotels were good and the staff very helpful. We especially enjoyed the Alpensonne in Bad Wiessee. We did not enjoy our rented bicycles. The Nuvinci gears were smooth and easy to change, but the top gear was not high enough to make fast progress on the flat. They also made the bikes far too heavy. Too heavy to lift up a step, too heavy to cycle uphill and too heavy to push uphill. We will not rent these bikes again.
