Good trip but we have some suggestions
Good:
Hotels were far above expectations and the luggage was delivered to the room each day. The advice and route was good and scenery was beautiful. Overall, it was good value for money. We intend to go on more cycling trips like this one.
Suggestions:
The first day of cycling was very long and we suggest breaking it into two days. We got lost because there were several detours without any directions for getting back to the correct path. When we met the staff at Lake Como, he recommended using the app ?Sports Active?. This helped us when we faced further detours on the trip. Perhaps this app should be recommended in the information pack at the start of the trip in future to help when there is an unexpected deviation of the route.
