My North Holland Spring Tour.
Wonderful organisation, staff and travel companions all helped to make my cycling tour a marvellous experience . The spring weather was mostly kind to us, and the peace emanating from the animals in the fields and the sky lifted my spirits. As the briefings were given in German (most of the travelers bring German or German speaking ) I had to work on my rusty German! I had always wanted to go to one of the islands in the string north of Holland, and it was all I could have wished for. Likewise, the stretch from Den Helder south towards Alkmaar. Bliss!I cannot speak too highly of the crew who were attentive , helpful and friendly at all times. The meals were very well thought out and beautifully prepared and served with exquisite manners. In all, an altogether rewarding and energising holiday. Thanks to all concerned.Sorry, o took photos on my camera which I can?t download until I get home to Australia
