Marie was helpful & Christine, the local rep was helpful as I had had accident just before the cycle tour and couldn’t cycle myself. They arranged for me to travel with the luggage most if the way and train the rest. Didn’t realise that ony Tours & Azay let Rideau would have air conditioning. More info when we booked would have been good
