Globally a good service - Ratio quality/price : Average
Globally a good service - Sometimes a bit difficult in getting understood, specially when interlocutors change often - But a general effort to satisfy clients.
Hotel quality (4*) was globally average - Many hotels without a/c which, with the unusual heat of last Summer, was hard - Gasthof zum Aigner Kreuz, Bad Kreuzen (5km uphill after an 80km stage, or late shuttle at 5pm from Grein) is to avoid : it’s a bare 2-3*. Dinner OK. Breakfast mediocre. Castle-hotel in the same town would have been more appropriate, or price reduction. - Hotel Flamenco in Budapest a bit out-centered.
Hungary : too many gravel-roads or roads in poor state full of holes, too few signposts, new bike-roads not mentioned, landscapes so-so - But towns Komarno, Esztergom or Budapest, very nice.
