Overall it was an excellent cycling trip!
The accommodations were excellent on the Carissima.
The staff were great and very accommodating and helpful.
The dining room was lovely. The food was beautifully presented. Although when you are cycling you return to the boat very hungry. Perhaps less fancy and more quantity especially of the main entrees would be helpful. The breakfast could be more varied with French toast etc and more fresh cut up fruit. The lunch sandwiches were very small and again you are hungry when you are cycling.
