A great journey through the Donautal.
We thoroughly enjoyed our trip and were fairly satisfied with the hotels. We were a bit disappointed by Art Hotel in Ingolstadt as the room was very small with inadequate facilities. The room in Hotel Gasthof Sonne in Fridingen was also very small but we appreciate there were few options there.
The maps of the hotel locations could have been more helpful. The map for Ingolstadt had drafting errors which created difficulties for us. The book with the trip description and the route maps were excellent.
The Blauen Turm at Regensburg (part of the Munchener Hof) was excellent and by far the best hotel we stayed in.
