Hamburg to Sylt
Great ride, but with a few issues.
Map and luggage tag did not initially turn up. After requesting them they actually turned on the morning we rode out of Hamburg.
One bike had a worn out and thin front tyre. Resulting in 2 punctures. Had to buy a new tube. Then the pump did not fit the Presta valve of the new tube.
Panniers we’re not secure and kept bouncing off. An octopus strap had to be used to secure them every day.
Distances were a bit big for us. As we like to do a bit of sightseeing along the way.
Weather was stormy, but none of us can control that.
