Very nice tour on the Rhine river
We were delighted by our trip with Rad&Reisen. The boat was very clean, including the cabins, our maid was excellent. The staff of the kitchen and dining room were excellent and a pleasure to deal with (especially Salah, Paulina and Ivo); they made everything in their power to please us (including take care of my wife?s allergies).The bikes were in excellent condition and very well managed by the crew. The bike route was very pleasant to ride and good information was given to enjoy different sites.
We have also a special thank you for Mrs Schladt that answered rapidly all questions that we had before our trip: it was a real pleasure to deal with her!
We had a little bit difficulty to find the boat the first day as the mooring location was not as indicated on the information papers we received by email. We also had a problem with Mrs Regina?s attitude; sometimes pleasant and helpful, sometimes unpleasant during meetings and one time careless about a request.
