Algarve self-guided
We were very pleased with the local partner, Lisa Bikes. The staff were attentive, professional and their response time was excellent. We found that the accommodation was somewhat lacking in quality in some places, even though we paid a premium fee on three of the nights. We felt that the pre-tour information was weak and inaccurate. We were not notified as to when to meet the local partner although we were sent an ?urgent? message (to which we responded within about 2 hours) asking our arrival time on the first day. Despite that, our local partner was not notified of our arrival time. The equipment and local support was excellent. Lisa Bikes responded to our communication very quickly and showed up exactly on-time for our transfer after the tour ended.
