App should be more user-friendly
Rad+Reisen phone app was tempermental, sometimes hard to launch. It almost always stopped in the middle of a destination town, and we were left without directions as to how to find trains or hotels. It needs supplemental instructions so that we are not using Google maps to complete our journies
