Commend Swiss Crown staff and ship. They were outstanding.
Swiss crown was fantastic in every way. Every staff member we interacted with was excellent.
Rad and Reisen employee Mikael’s customer service was far inferior to that of Swiss Crown employees. His presentations were inadequate, almost as if he had never done the cycles and was not familiar with the routes personally. Lacked in advice for simple things like where to best change money.
While Margarit from Rad and Reisen was on the ship she was fantastic. Professional and engaging as well as incredibly knowledgeable.
Disappointed in the dining. We expected more local influences in the menu and definitely better desserts. European pastries are excellent and the desserts were lacking every day in taste and quality.
We would like to commend the pianist Mauritzio both for his excellent skills but also for his engaging and helpful personality in non musical matters.
As far as the route, don’t go to Mohács twice. Once was enough.
