Upper Danube Bicycle Tour
We enjoyed the tour. However there was flooding in South Germany and this impacted our enjoyment. We could only ride 9 days and then abandoned our bikes and finished the tour by train. Obviously this could not be helped. However we were very disappointed that the tour company was not proactive. They did not contact us to discuss the flooding issues and suggest alternatives - including other bike routes that we might have been able to take. We had to contact them for information and when we did we did find them helpful, but I believe that the tour company should always make regular contact with their clients to check up on how they are going.
