Rad+Reisen response to unavoidable changes in circumstances: Passau flooding
Flooding in Passau meant that the river transport and most cycle paths were inaccessible during our tour. We were able to find alternative routes, and the bicycles provided were able to manage hillier terrain. We were able to visit other interesting and beautiful areas, and have no regrets, considering the circumstances beyond our control and the control of Rad+Reisen. The hotel, also affected by flooding, remained helpful and comfortable. Rad+Reisen cooperated completely with our request for partial reimbursement and we would recommend the company to others.
