This is a great ride for a reasonably fit 72 year old on an acoustic bike If in doubt you have the option of an electric bike Good instructions and app and the whole trip went without a hitch Make sure you take their advice on taking some spare clothes with you as sometimes you arrive before the luggage especially swimwear if a pool is on offer
