Wonderful tour of Alsace region
This was a very enjoyable week exploring the beautiful towns and countryside of the Alsace region. The Espace Randonnée app makes navigation very easy and the distances were about right given the terrain and warm weather. The only seriously hilly journey was day 5 Kayserberg to Obernai. Only one hotel on our B grade tour did not have air conditioning. All breakfasts were satisfactory and some excellent. We booked an extra night in Strasbourg before and after the tour to explore the city, which is incredibly bike friendly, and to recover from the last day before flying home.
