Hansa tour -- basic tour
Basic tour - one of the least luxurious boat bike tours we have taken. The food was edible but uninspiring and I could not eat two of the main meals as it was not to my liking or taste. The rooms lacked any nice touches, the air conditioning did not work in 30 plus degree heat exterior and more interior, the bathroom was not fir for purpose as a large sink was fitted meaning access to the shower extremely difficult. The crew were not very helpful except the boat bike tour guide who was excellent in every way. Stairs in the boat were very steep and there was no transfer of luggage to rooms causing some problems due to the stairs. There seemed to be a lack of ambiance present in other tours.
