Beautiful and challenging trip in Southern Spain
I chose this trip to Southern Spain for a couple of reasons: 1) I was looking for an early season trip where I could count on the weather being good, and 2) I wanted a trip that was at least a bit challenging. I found both items in this trip!
Andalusia fit both marks! Gorgeous scenery in the Sierra Nevada Mountains and the Gold Coast, comfortable weather, and challenging riding. Top it off with beautiful hotels and AMAZING support by the local operator and this trip cannot be beat!
If anything, it was a little too challenging for an early season ride. There are hills on each day of riding: never severe, but some lengthy. It`s the first ride I`ve done where I should have had an e-bike!
Each day Jorge provided route tips and recommendations for restaurants, etc. When there were minor issues with the route (due to construction or trail closures), he was available via WhatsApp for support.
Directions via Ride with GPS were great! Guide book was really just used as a reference for more general information.
