Regensberg to Bamberg on Casanova
We enjoyed a lovely week of cycling with friends. The route was varied and interesting and we visited some pretty towns and villages. The staff on the ship were very friendly and helpful. An early morning gentle exercise class on deck was really lovely!
This was the first trip since the Casanova had been refurbished - the ship was not ready to sail.The air conditioning didn`t work for the whole trip. This meant mealtimes were very difficult - temperatures of 30 degrees - and made sleeping very difficult. The ship`s toilets were blocked one day and then our shower flooded before we`d used it the following day!
