Hi;
I found the info sessions lacked and felt like we were left to figure out the route and navigating to our own vices. The app was amazing ! The last day was fine for me as I am very fit but there were many others on the trip I was worried about. I don´t know what the role for the cruise director is but if it is to make the riders feel informed we were not. The info sessions were also at the last minute and often questions were not addressed and felt a little helpless and hoped for the best out there.
The food and the full team ?KO KO? were amazing and exceeded my expectations.
The cleaning staff also amazing and always went above and beyond.
The front desk staff also went above and beyond.
A huge shout out to the crew that was responsible for getting bikes on and off. They had the system well planned out and seemed seamless.
