Trip Suggestions
We really enjoyed our Rad & Reisen tour.
I would suggest two ways to improve the tour. First we upgraded to a cabin with a big window. Unfortunately the cabin was under the lounge/dance floor. The issue was that we couldn`t get to sleep till very late each evening as there would be this loud booming thumping from the speakers. If we had known about the noise we would have booked a room in a different location. Secondly, the navigation app was great for keeping us on the route from where the boat dropped us off and where to meet it again. The app indicated optional sites to see and we did in fact stop and many of the optional sites. The issue was the app does not show the bike routes to actually get to the optional sites. For example, we could see the abbey in Melk from the cycling route but when we got to Melk, we had to veer off the cycling route and make our way through the town to get to the abbey. It would be nice if the app had options to direct us to the sites we opted to see.
Having said this, these issues were minor and we really enjoyed the trip and are planning to book another.
