Fun fall bike travels with family
We enjoyed the trip. Understanding that the Danube was low in water, we received no forewarning of this from R&R. On board we received daily reports but when we asked for options (if this happens, option 1 could happen, if this happens, options 2 could happen etc..) we were told that we can ask any question but when we asked for possible options, the abrupt response was I don´t know. This was not well received and trust was lost at points. We went with the flow and enjoyed. Sad that we did not get the opportunity to see Budapest as we were cycling and having a day of rest in Vienna. Will there be a credit for this miss of seeing this port, Budapest? Also did not like the on board questionnaire with the room number noted on them. Why is this necessary as well as the request to complete this online questionnaire? Thank you, Sue & Scott Sauve
