Bodensee
I e.mailed our first hotel to let them know we would be arriving late. When we arrived at 11.30 all staff members were gone. We got into hotel through car park. We spent the night in the hotel reception in chairs. Our key had been left in the restaurant but it was closed. We have often arrived late at hotels and our key was always left out for us in an obvious place. We would register in the morning. This is a problem that should not happen. It meant our first day of our holiday was very upset as we had no sleep.
