My Danube Experience
My Wife and I enjoyed our trip very much. I experienced a very hard fall from the bike at the end of the first day of our trip and was in hard pains throughout the rest of the journey. Today I know that the injury was a broken rib and torn ligaments in my shoulder. Within two minutes of my fall the cruise director – ANDREAS HUMMER – was at my side and started assisting me. He presented us with the possibilities before us including calling an ambulance to take me to a hospital, he gave me first aid and took my bike and in short, was very professional and proficient. I wish to take this opportunity to once again thank him and to notify Rad & Reisen that Andreas is a very valuable asset to the company. I would like to suggest that your tour stop charging for extras and endorse an "all included" policy.
