We had an excellent service when we were booking the trip but as soon as we had the first issue we got to know a less friendly support.
Initially , due to our responsibility , we did not pay attention to the fact that we could take only one suitcase and for the hand luggage we need to pay an extra pay the same price as a big one.
Anyway when I realized my mistake all the kindness to try to resolve this issue were over.
We asked for double separate beds and we had this assured at the booking .
In one of the hotels we received a room with no space to separate the beds. Again the help did not come , and yet there was a suspicion that I was not telling the truth . I had to get to the point of sending photo and finally I had to fix it by myself spoiling precious time.
The Melk hotel was too far from the center and it is very unpleasant to stay almost outside the city with no restaurants around.
The references to get to the hotel were very poor without distance indications or good points of reference, as well as most of the information .
We had to check in three different places. I suggest you to improve the indications and concentrate them in one single booklet.
