The vessel and crew were great. The food and service were very good. Half the bikes were new and were great. The other half were in need of replacing. Expected the ride to be really easy but in fact the ride on day 2 was quite difficult for some of our riders. The Cruise Director, Albert, had a great personality but was hard to understand his English at times. The Disembarkation process was quite messy and disorganized. We had a tight schedule to make a flight post trip and there was no consideration taken into account for that. But despite the few short comings we had a great time and will consider traveling with Radreisen on our next cycling trip.
