The trip was fairly good but could have been better with a few changes. First of all, there were some issues with the ship that need to be corrected. The WIFI is very poor and there is an ongoing issue with the showers in the lower part of the ship backing up. Also the air conditioner in the room that we had needs to be replaced. We were also quite surprised that when we got on the ship there was no discussion whatsoever of the ship’s safety procedures. We were disappointed that there were not different sizes of bikes. You asked for our height, weight, etc. but when we got there, all the bikes were the same size and as a client, we did you best to try to make it work for us. Also, we mentioned some issues with one of our bikes to the guide several times but his answer was that if was working he would look at it when we got back to the ship. This never happened so we finally changed the seats and made some other adjustments ourselves. We found the guide to be quite average. It seemed that stopping for coffee was more important than stopping to see some of the many sights that we went by. Also, there did not seem to be a real system for maintaining a headcount on the bike trip. Relying an a fellow passenger, who did not know the group, to be the "sweeper", seemed a little too casual .
