Marie was extremely helpful with the booking,organising and all my travel queries.She always went out of her way to be helpful and friendly. Tim at the Konstanz bike pickup was also exceptionally helpful and friendly. The staff,quality of bicycles and equipment,delivery and pickup of luggage was all of an exceptionally high standard.The ride itself was unbelievably beautiful. We found Day 2 to Gailingen too exhausting with the final hills plus the extra 8kms from Hotel Volapuk making it 66kms. Perhaps this would have been better later in the ride. Rheingold hotel and staff were all exceptional.Staff deserve recognition for their service and the food was beautiful. Restaurant manager at Hotel Volapuk was rude and unhelpful and told us to google the menu on our smartphone.We then avoided him but the young waiter was helpful. Hotels were fine but some of the locations when out of town were inconvenient.We would have preferred to stay in Konstanz rather than Litzelstetten.Most hotels were helpful in catering to dietary needs. Overall we would highly recommend this tour and the staff to our friends and hope to book another ride in the future!
