Overall an excellent trip
picking up the bikes is a gong show. The employees are incompetent at providing you with the equipment set up you need to enjoy 7 days of cycling. They are in a hurry and want you out of there. I was given an XS framed cruiser (I am 5’10" and ride a large) and had to go back. Wanting to have the best setup before leaving was a big inconvenience to the bike pick up and made for a very lousy first three days til we had to purchase tools to correct. Beyond the bike company pick up the eat of the trip was sensational! Hotels were so amazing and so were the breakfasts. The pick up of bikes and getting all the right equipment really needs to change.
