Mainz to Cologne August 2017
Excellent scenery, good organisation, accomodation was all good, only negative was I got a broken chain had to walk a few km then caught a train to next town listed for emergency bike service, unfortunately this bike shop was closed when it should have been open. A phone call to veliociped sorted this out and we caught a train to Bad Godesburg where the bike service man fixed the problem in a matter of minutes and went out of his way to help us, even let us out the back entrance and pointed out where our hotel was, so was a good ending to a frustrating afternoon. Overall this tour meet our expectations.
