My comments about the trip.
There was no personal service. It would have been nice when we picked up our bikes if the person could have told us a little about the route and how the map works. We are from the United States and did not know how the trains work. It would be nice to have some explanation of the trains and how to use them if it rains--which it did for us. The directions to our hotel in Linz were wrong and it took us extra time to find it. We enjoyed the bike trip, however would have appreciated better explanations of some things. We did the Short and Sweet trip from Pasau to Vienna, and I think a better stopping point for us would have been Melk instead of Pochlarn. There was way more to do in Melk. We especially enjoyed the hotel right on the Danube. It was a great bike ride and we saw a lot of beautiful sights.
