I rated the bike comment as lower because the company which provided the road bikes was disorganized. The bikes were fabulous but it took a lot of work to get them!The bikes my friends had through r&r were easy to get, very efficiently handled.The information packages were likely ok for local Austrians, but Canadians could have used more information prior to the trip, perhaps even to read the map books before the trip. We were fortunate to find so many friendly people who translated road signs for us!Accomodation was excellent and I would travel with r&r again.
