Good trip all around. The only downside was that the cabins are very small and there was a constant unpleasant smell from the bathroom. Sometimes it was hard to sleep at night because we went through locks and sometimes the engines seemed very noisy. Also, you are given a designated table for ALL meals through the ENTIRE trip, which means you have to sit with the same people all the time. Fortunately, our table mates were very nice, but after 3 meals together there wasn’t much more to talk about. I suggested to the director and the company that at least breakfast could be open seating so that you have time to talk to the other passengers. There is no reason this is not possible.
