Brian and Kaye Salzburg to Vienna
First thing to say is that we enjoyed our trip enormously. Our main suggestions for an improved service are:
1. For English speaking clients there should be an English speaking person to hand over the bikes. We had many questions we wanted to ask and could not, and we had no introduction to the bikes - they were simply handed over. We discovered later that one bike had a computer which did not work. It would have been nice to have that sorted out at the time.
2. The handle bar pack was not suitable for carrying the directions and maps. It was not waterproof and the Linz to Vienna guide didn’t fit under the clear cover without squeezing it in and damaging the guide.
3. The Salzburg to Linz guide was inadequate. The directions were not good enough, and when it was under the clear cover the top several lines were obscured. In one case all the text on the page was covered. It would be better to have the text at the bottom of the page. Also, the guide just fell apart when it got wet.
4. We were a bit concerned at leaving the bikesand helmets etc. In the garage in Vienna, with no formal hand over.
