Cruise Director
Many guests were somewhat confused by daily trip descriptions in the book.
Cruise director seemed disinterested (at least with the English group) and did not do a very good job of explaining at the daily briefing.
Also, there were many minor injuries experienced by the group which may have been minimized by better daily briefing.
