Hotel Directions
It was not clear in the initial information that you got one pannier each and one handle bar bag between two.
Some of the instructions for the hotels were not as clear as they should be, something was lost in the translation.. For example in Melk it should say something like:"go through the square taking the left fork on to the Hauptstrabe through the pedestrian area straight ahead up the hill for 2 kms on Wiener Strabe under the over pass then take your first right on to Am Wachberg to the hotel across from the police station." The entry into Vienna and the directions to the Mercure Hotel was also very poor.
To start with you should provide a copy of the Vienna Cycle map which is free. Based on your directions the hotel was very hard to find. I would almost recommend finding a sbahn train station once you approach Vienna and take the train to the Westbahnhof Station.
If you are to cater to English speaking clientele it would be worth while having an English speaking person do the trip and provide the notes.
