Enjoyable, good value cycling holiday
This was our first holiday in Lithuania and we found it a very good introduction to the country.
Hotels were all of an acceptable standard, some much better than this. All were well located for local restaurants. We had some excellent meals out using some of the recommendations provided in the pack we were given at the start of the holiday.
The bikes we hired were excellent in most conditions but struggled on some of the sandy tracks on the day that it rained heavily. Unisex saddles were not comfortable for a full week’s cycling. If we had our time again we would have brought our own.
The scenery was varied and the cycling easy. Altogether a very good holiday!
